Effective Week 1 - Army Sports Pool will begin to include some of the highlights on the week's activities for those who either joined late or missed some of the information.  The news will be released in weekly pages labeled accordingly.  If there is interesting talk between players or teams that warrants a release it will also be published in the weekly news page(s).  Hopefully this addition to our site will prove worth the efforts to scan and publish the information.

Types of information presented-  Army Sports Pool will generally stick to highlights in sports but will include different news as it pertains to the NFL 2009 season.  Since this information is redundant throughout the web, Army Sports Pool will request information from different Team Managers as it pertains to their particular Teams.  In this manner everyone will get a glimpse of how things are going in the different areas of the pool instead of focusing solely on the pool you are in.

Specialized Announcements - Should news happen that is unique which can be released to the general public please let us know through e-mail or phone. Such news could be someone joining the Army, or a Soldier being awarded a metal or even a Soldier returning home.  Births, weddings, and other family activities are welcomed too.  Please use discretion and think of security for others when submitting ideas for specialized announcements. Ways to improve game play- As ideas are passed to Army Sports Pool about ways to improve game play we feel it important to get the consensus of everyone involved.  We will create a special section that address the ideas submitted and ask Team Managers to gather feedback for the changes.  If a change is for the better and is agreed upon by the majority, it will  be implemented. Provided it does not affect the current season.  If a change does affect the current season game play it will be suggested by Army Sports Pool as a future change, and implemented in the next available season.  Again thank you to everyone who suggests improvements.

Weekly Standings - It is important to Army Sports Pool.com to remain fair and ensure accuracy within the scope of our duties.  Thus, each week will be closed out with a posting of the current weekly information and activity report.  This report will show as much information regarding each Team pool, controlled pool, and additional pool as possible.  Should a member find an error or desire an explanation about a portion of this posting please feel free to challenge the accuracy of the data.  However, we remind everyone that portions of the data will remain confidential and Army Sports Pool policy on user data privacy dictates what data can be released.
